It is impossible for man and woman to be equal. Here is proof:
If a man watches a woman undress through a window, he can be arrested as a peeping tom. If a woman watches a man undress through a window, she can have him arrested for indecent exposure. Sex equality?

That's the same in Japan.
By the way, I've heard a story that a girl blamed an innocent man as a groper in a train in order to get some money from the man. That's a shame thing. So, some men always keep their hands up because they don't want to be mistaken as a groper.
